We stood at two entrances of the Seoul City Council buildings in order to support the bill $5,000 fine if one gets caught selling dog meat in Seoul. Its been put on hold.
The signs are to encourage the council members.

MBC is back to cover the stories of the Hell dog farm rescues. It will be aired this week. One of the three major TV playing the role of spreading awareness

Butchers gone out of business? Yes! It seems. That's what I saw. Not a single truck can be found at the auction. The article about its demolition by mayor Cho is triggering his anger. Total amount of the fine he has to pay on the 12 violations is coming to $1.4 now. The owner came out to talk to me about his "Revenge Plan" on our shelter...

I don't want to be hopeful but I am expecting something out of this assembly woman, Ms.Han's proposed bill.She's been nominated as Minster of Environment by president Moon two weeks ago. She used to raise her voice for the dogs and proposed "No food garbage should be supplied to livestock farms" in 2017...

One of the three major TV news station is MBC. One team spent the day with us yesterday to film and cover all. Its going to be aired at 8 pm Korea time. I keep asking for the demolition order of the auction house in written, not in verbal. That's all I am asking and waiting.Our board director Young being interviewed on the ice.

A group of reporters from KBS, City officials and police officers trying to stop the auction. It was on at 1 pm. The butchers blocked the lane with a truck and came out with a pickax. These three city officials managed to get in and saw the dogs about to get to auctioned off. I am waiting for an official letter from the City for Demolition Order.

We are at the City Hall of #Seoul for the full support of the bill by the City Council. The bill contains $5,000 fine if one sells #dogmeat in the City. This press conference was meant to support Kim, Ji Hyang, who proposed the bill.

So good to be back at the national assembly with Madeline again after COVID. Our campaign began here with her first day of BokNal in 2015
Two other orgs are out here, we stand together in one voice.

There are 28 Cities around the capital Seoul, all belongs to one province called Gyeonggi.
I've been working on a huge list of dog meat restaurants and dog extracts stores to be able to submit them to the food safety department of the province office. So far i collected over 1260, two mire Citues to search to add to the current list.,,

...It's located in suburb Namyangju City with 30 tables. The owner is a young man inherited from his parents. They used to sell dog meat soup the owner had a pet ten years ago then he started to think changing the menu. It took a decade for him to come out with new menu. Unfortunately its still meat but at least not dogs.

I was counting how many city officials I've dealt with so far past four months since September. While I feel so thankful I picked these three, the major players of the demolition to come, Mr.Sohn the chief secretary to mayor Cho, Mr.Joo, the man in charge of demolition, construction dept and BJ Kim animal welfare, agriculture dept....

The camera man from MBC TV took the video of the dog. This old man dog trader is complaining why with no permit you are filming my dog? It got a little violent but back to peace with the police's intervention.
Recently I received quite a number of threatening messages from the son of the auction house owner.

The police came at the city official's request escorted them to inspect the auction site

"We are back at the auction house. The butchers are fighting among themselves"

An ordinance is being pushed forward that imposes a fine of up to 5 million won for selling dog meat in Seoul.

We arrived Moran market early to protest together with another org, Happy Pet. This is the notorious dog meat market wholesale/retail till 2020. The live dogs on display for the customers come and pick, then taken in to behind slaugherhouse upon payment is no longer in practice. The dogs taken in comes on in a fes pieces of meat after 30 minutes. This was what I noticed in 2012 to 2015.

This is the Auction House in the when we were there last. The business has gone out completely but the dog traders are going to another auction house in Paju City.

I pray Dr.Pho speaks more often for the dogs. He has his own TV show on the criminal investigation.
Too young to be in the politics but I pray he becomes our president one day.

This is the most popular dog meat restaurant in the City of Namyangju. This reporter Kay from MBC did not believe me when I shared with him that mayor Cho is a frequent diner here and loves dog meat soup. This reporter Kay visited the restaurant and confirmed that mayor is a big dog meat eater.
This City is totally corrupted...

KBS reporters interviewed me while the butchers blocked the lane with a truck not letting anyone in it. Thanks dog, the auction was about to take off with about a dozen of dogs.
